After 20 years of dancing, she learned PilatesPure Pilates is the original teachings of Joseph Pilates that was designed to help everyone. “If using the right muscle for the right job”, get “Maximum Benefit from Minimum Effort with No Injury”. to aid her students in optimal performance. She soon realized that Pilates could help all people, not just dancers.

Cathie later added CranioSacral TherapyCranioSacral Therapy (also referred to as Cranial Sacral Therapy or CST) is a non-invasive, extremely gentle therapy that stimulates the body’s self-healing system and is safe for all ages and states of health.. to further aid in peak health for her clients.

She has made a lifelong ambition of developing relationships with clients who want to take responsibility for their bodies and health. She teaches them about their bodies to empower them to be in charge of their own health. Her experience, training and knowledge put your body in good hands.

Pilates

Classically trained in Pilates, Cathie teaches her students how each exercise works on the anatomy. She teaches them using the full range of traditional Pilates equipment, which is designed to safely and effectively maximize the effect of each exercise to move the body toward health, strength and beauty.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST)

The CranioSacral System is comprised of membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. The therapist assists the body in removing various restrictions that impede the flow of the craniosacral (or cerebrospinal) fluid, thereby allowing the body’s system to work more effectively.
